CEO
Dr. Med Thomas Wolfram
Thomas Wolfram, MD, has been Managing Director of Medical Park Kliniken in Bad Wiessee since February 2023. The trauma surgeon and health economist (MBA) most recently worked as an independent consultant to companies in the healthcare industry. From 2013 to 2018, he was Group Managing Director of Asklepios Kliniken, the last two years as its Chairman. Dr. Wolfram had already previously held various board and management positions, including SRH Holding and SRH Kliniken Heidelberg. Before moving into hospital management, he practiced medicine for 13 years, including as chief physician, head of medical development and medical director of various clinics.

Achim Ropers-Lazarewski
Since April 2021, Achim Ropers-Lazarewski strengthens the group of managing directors as the person responsible for transformation and information technology. Ropers-Lazarewski has decades of experience in IT for acute and rehabilitation clinics. The graduate in business administration has worked continuously in various companies in management positions in IT since 1995. During this time, the father of four children developed and implemented numerous transformation projects. He is currently the head of IT at Germany's largest hospital operator, HELIOS Kliniken GmbH.

Harald Becker
Harald Becker looks back on several years of management responsibility at various large rehabilitation and acute clinics at the top management level, with a focus on human resource. Most recently, the graduate in business administration was a member of the management team at Waldburg-Zeil Kliniken for almost 10 years, where he was responsible for the human resources department. Becker was also able to gain important experience in the increasingly important personnel area in his previous professional positions as managing director of the ADK hospital, as commercial head of personnel at the Bamberg social foundation and as deputy administrative director of the Median Kliniken in Bad Krozingen.
